Anker has raised the stakes in the audio technology arena with the launch of its latest Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro earbuds, marking the debut of the groundbreaking Thus AI chip. This advanced chip significantly enhances noise reduction capabilities, ensuring user voices are crystal clear even amidst the clamor of busy environments.

The much-anticipated Liberty 5 Pro, priced at $169.99, is now available in four striking colors: blue, white, black, and pink. This represents the first major iteration since the Liberty 4 Pro, which introduced a charging case with a touchscreen interface. Now, the touchscreen has been strategically repositioned to the outside of the case, growing to a larger 0.96 inches for enhanced usability and access to features like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) adjustments and transparency mode activation.

Despite the addition of the Thus AI chip, which inadvertently leads to a slight reduction in battery life—offering up to 6.5 hours of playtime with ANC active—the benefits are substantial. Anker boasts that the new earbuds deliver 100% improved ANC performance over previous models. Moreover, the Liberty 5 Pro's voice clarity during calls has been significantly enhanced, effectively reducing ambient noise and improving overall sound quality.

Users can effortlessly engage with the earbuds through 20 built-in voice commands, allowing them to control playback, adjust volume, and modify ANC settings simply by speaking.

For those seeking more robust functionality, the Liberty 5 Pro Max version is now also available at $229.99. Sporting a luxurious titanium-gold finish alongside a classic black option, the Max variant includes a larger 1.78-inch AMOLED display on its charging case. This impressive touchscreen not only controls settings and playback but also features an innovative note-taking capability that records meetings and conversations. These recordings are processed through the Soundcore app, creating transcriptions and identifying key action points for each speaker.

Both models maintain an impressive IP55 rating for dust and water resistance and are compatible with Apple’s Find My network, making them a comprehensive choice for both casual listeners and professionals alike.

As audio technology continues to evolve, Anker's latest offerings underscore its commitment to enhancing user experience through innovative design and cutting-edge technology.
